Does Genitor only build landing pages, or full websites?

Accepted Answer

Much more than landing pages. Full multi-page websites, e-commerce stores (cart, product pages, checkout flow), corporate and business sites, portfolios, blogs, restaurant and café sites (menus, reservations), event pages, agency sites — even full web apps with their own admin panel for dynamic content. Every project comes with its own subdomain, database, file storage and CMS, so you can manage everything without writing code.

Who owns the websites I build?

You do. Genitor licenses the platform to you — every project's design, code, content and database belong to you.

Question 3

Can I delete my account and all of my data?

Accepted Answer

Yes. From dashboard → profile → security you can request account deletion. Your projects, database content and uploaded files are removed after confirmation, and backups are pruned on a regular cycle. We retain only the records we are legally required to keep — invoice history for tax purposes and audit logs.

How does pricing work?

You start free: new accounts get welcome AI credits to try the builder, and every live site in the showcase is free to explore. Paid plans add a monthly AI-credit allowance plus more sites, storage, traffic and custom domains — the current tiers and prices are always in the Pricing section above. Credits are only spent when the AI designs or edits for you; hosting is included in every plan.

Can I use my own domain instead of *.genitor.net?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Point your domain at Genitor (CNAME for subdomains, A record for apex), and we provision SSL automatically. The dashboard walks you through the DNS setup. Both apex domains (yourname.com) and subdomains (app.yourname.com) are supported on paid plans. The CMS, forms and all dynamic features work seamlessly under the custom domain — nothing changes.

How do refunds and plan changes work?

Plan changes and cancellations run through the Stripe Customer Portal (Dashboard → Billing → Manage). Upgrade is instant — Stripe charges the pro-rated difference for the remainder of the period automatically; downgrade follows the same path and the unused portion is credited to your next invoice. Cancellation defaults to 'at period end', so your site keeps running through the current cycle. Pick 'cancel immediately' to get a pro-rated refund for the unused days. Consumed AI credits are non-refundable. The Portal also handles card updates and downloading past invoices.

Can I start from one of the showcase sites?

Accepted Answer

Yes — that's exactly what the showcase is for. Every card is a real, live site built on Genitor: open it in the in-page preview, and if you like the direction press «Build one like this». The AI takes that site's design language — palette, typography, layout — as a reference and builds you an original site with your own brand and content, never a copy. Each project gets its own database, users and admin panel.
